Last updated: August 2026

Plain-language summary: we don't share your data with anyone — including Bimbo — we don't use your data to benefit another member or any deal we might be involved in, and you can ask for your data back or deleted at any time.

1. Purpose

This Privacy & Confidentiality Commitment ("Commitment") describes how BreadHustle ("we," "us") handles the settlement data and other business records ("User Data") that a route owner ("you") submits to the Service. This Commitment is made by us to you, and works alongside our Terms & Conditions.

2. What Counts as User Data

User Data means any settlement statement, financial figure, inventory record, loan or financing detail, store or route identifier, or other business record you submit to the Service, along with any dashboard or calculation we generate from it.

3. We Will Not Disclose Your Data

We will not sell, rent, or disclose your User Data to any third party, except as required to operate the Service (for example, secure hosting) or as required by law. In particular, we will not disclose your User Data to:

4. We Will Not Use Your Data to Benefit Someone Else

We will not use your User Data for the benefit of any other person, business, or transaction — including another route owner's purchase, sale, negotiation, or valuation, or any brokerage, consulting, or advisory service that BreadHustle or its owner may offer now or in the future. Your data is used only to provide the Service back to you.

5. Aggregate & Anonymized Data

We may use de-identified, aggregated data (for example, "average shrink trend across routes in a region," with no route, store, or individual identified or reasonably identifiable) to improve the Service or share general trends with the community. We will not use aggregate data in any way that could reasonably reveal your specific figures. You may opt out of inclusion in aggregate data by writing to [email protected].

6. Access & Security

Access to your raw User Data is limited to the people who need it to operate the Service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request a copy of your User Data, or request that we delete it, at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will delete your User Data within a reasonable time after such a request or after account closure, except where we are required to retain records by law.

8. Survival

The commitments in Sections 3 and 4 of this Commitment continue to apply even after you stop using the Service or your account is closed.

9. Governing Law

This Commitment is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Contact

Questions about how your data is handled can be sent to [email protected].
